İhkib Digital Export and Digital Marketing Training
Our goal in this training program we conducted under the coordination of İHKİB was not only to transfer knowledge to sock exporting companies, but also to provide them with a clearer decision-making framework regarding target markets, digital marketing, and e-export readiness. Thus, the training ceased to be a one-time lecture program and created a strong learning foundation where companies could more consciously evaluate how to proceed in which market.
Our goal in this training program we conducted under the coordination of İHKİB was not only to transfer basic information to sock exporting companies; but to provide them with a perspective where they can more consciously evaluate the topics of target market, digital marketing, and e-export readiness. As Magna Dijital Marketing Agency, we designed this training not merely as an informative session, but as a strong learning foundation where companies can more clearly plan their next steps.
Initial Need
For sock exporting companies, growing digitally is not possible by mastering a single topic. Target market selection, digital visibility, competitive structure, customer behavior, and channel preferences are directly interconnected. Understanding only one of these areas well is not enough to make sound decisions on the e-export side.
Our priority in this training was to enable participating companies to see these topics not as disconnected headings, but as parts of the same decision-making structure. Thus, they became able to evaluate more clearly where they stand digitally, in which areas they need to strengthen, and with what preparations it would be more accurate to proceed.

Project Scope
This training study, conducted under the coordination of İHKİB, was designed for sock exporting companies to evaluate target market, digital visibility, competitor structure, and e-export readiness in a more holistic manner. The goal was not just to share current information, but to establish a common training framework that clarifies how companies should think in foreign markets, how they should look at which data, and in which areas they should make preparations.
- E-Export, Target Market, and Digital Marketing Topics Were Addressed Together
- A More Applicable Training Flow Was Established with Market-Specific Analyses and Real Examples
- Target Audience Behaviors and Competitive Structure Became More Consciously Readable
- A Common Framework Was Created to Help Participating Companies Evaluate Their Digital Readiness Levels
- A Strong Information Foundation Was Established to Feed Subsequent Research, Strategy, and Implementation Steps
Prominent Topics in the Training Content
Training Structure Strengthening Market-Specific Thinking
The first topic we focused on during the training was not to evaluate every foreign market with the same logic. For sock exporting companies, consumer behavior, competitive intensity, and digital visibility conditions of target markets may vary. Therefore, we structured the training flow not so much as a general information transfer, but as a structure that strengthens market-based thinking.
Reading Target Audience and Competition Dynamics More Clearly
Merely existing in a market is not enough; it is also necessary to correctly read customer behavior in that market, how competitors are positioned, and which digital language might be more effective. We addressed these topics with real examples during the training. Thus, participating companies gained not only theory, but more concrete evaluation frameworks.
Seeing the Connection Between Digital Readiness and Channel Decisions
Choosing the right channel in foreign markets is often directly related to the company's current digital readiness level. For this reason, we made the connection between web structure, visibility level, brand presentation, and channel usage visible in the training. As Magna Dijital Marketing Agency, our goal was for participating companies not just to learn channel names, but to better grasp which channel gains meaning with which readiness level.
Planning Next Steps More Consciously
The real value of the training lies not so much in learning the covered topics one by one, but in making subsequent decisions sounder with this information. With this study, participating companies reached a foundation where they could more clearly see what data they should look at when moving to the research, strategy, or implementation phases, which shortcomings would be better to address first, and how they could proceed more preparedly.
Achievements
At the end of this study, participating companies were able to evaluate target market, digital marketing, and e-export readiness more consciously; read market-specific analyses more accurately, and gained a knowledge framework capable of handling subsequent growth steps with a more prepared perspective. Thus, the training ceased to be merely an informative session and transformed into an important preparation area that strengthens decision quality.
At the same time, this established common learning ground contributed to different companies approaching similar questions more systematically. Especially for exporting companies, training provides not only basic knowledge but also the ability to ask the right questions at the right stage.
Why Was This Work Important?
The reason for weak results in e-export is not always a lack of information; it is often acting on scattered information. When target market, competition, channel, and visibility topics are not considered together, decision quality drops. Therefore, training studies are not merely instructional programs; they are an important preparation area that clarifies which topics companies should address and in what order.
With this study, participating companies gained a framework that allows them to look at foreign markets more consciously, evaluate their digital preparations more realistically, and plan their subsequent research or consultancy steps on a more solid foundation.
Result
This training study we conducted under the coordination of İHKİB created a strong learning foundation that helps sock exporting companies more clearly evaluate the topics of target market, digital marketing, and e-export readiness. When training is structured correctly, it ceases to be a program that only transfers information; it transforms into a strategic preparation area that enables companies to make their subsequent decisions more consciously.
