QBA Medi Tours – Health Tourism GEO
Our GEO work for QBA Medi Tours focused on turning the authority built through SEO into AI visibility in health tourism, a field where the trust threshold is high. A digital foundation that delivered 589% organic growth in 16 months was carried into a new AI citation layer, with 102 citations in Google AI Overviews and visibility in Copilot.
In our GEO work for QBA Medi Tours, our priority was to make the digital authority built through SEO visible on AI platforms, in a sector where trust is everything. We did not treat this as a project to win rankings in classic search results alone. We treated it as a visibility layer that answer engines such as Google AI Overviews can cite as a source, and that carries trust signals.
Starting Point
In health tourism, AI visibility runs through a narrower and more selective trust filter than classic SEO visibility. On YMYL (Your Money or Your Life) topics in particular, AI systems look beyond keyword matches to content accuracy, institutional trust, expertise signals and how usable a page is as a source.
For QBA Medi Tours, the need was to take the existing SEO success beyond organic traffic and turn it into a visibility model that AI systems can also use as a reference. So we did not approach the project as content production or technical optimization alone. We built it around proof elements, consistent brand information, quotable content and a source structure that AI systems can work with.

Project Scope
Our health tourism GEO work for QBA Medi Tours was built on four goals: creating content that fits the way AI platforms choose their sources, making proof elements more visible, strengthening brand signals consistently, and turning the authority earned through SEO into citations in AI answers.
- We strengthened trust signals to meet the YMYL sensitivity of health tourism.
- We turned the authority earned through SEO into a source structure AI platforms can use.
- We supported citation readiness with quotable content and a proof-based approach.
- We increased the potential for visibility in Google AI Overviews and similar answer surfaces.
- We handled institutional trust, content accuracy and consistent brand information within one structure.
The Health Tourism GEO Work We Carried Out
Carrying the Trust Built Through SEO into AI
Our first focus was to make the existing organic success usable for AI visibility. In fields with a high trust barrier such as health tourism, AI systems do not treat ranking success as enough on its own. So we focused on turning the SEO and content backbone we had already built for QBA Medi Tours into clearer, more reliable pages that AI can evaluate as a source.
Strengthening Proof and Citation Readiness
Whether an AI system cites a brand depends not only on being visible, but on whether the visible information can be used as a source. So we built a proof-based approach into the content: one that makes claims easier to verify, makes passages easier to quote and carries the brand's authority more consistently. As a result, QBA Medi Tours' digital assets moved from simply providing information toward a source structure that can earn citations.
Clarifying Brand Consistency and Institutional Trust
In health tourism, AI visibility rarely rewards scattered brand signals. That makes a consistent structure across the brand name, scope of services, expert language and content pages critical. Our work for QBA Medi Tours also strengthened this consistency, which helps AI platforms read the brand more clearly.
A Structure That Supports Visibility in Google AI Overviews and Copilot
One of the most important aspects of this project was achieving visibility in AI systems in a category as demanding as health tourism. The goal was not only to rank in search results but to be cited directly by answer engines. With the structure we put in place, QBA Medi Tours reached a point where it earned repeated citations in Google AI Overviews and showed visibility signals in the Copilot ecosystem.
Results
By the end of this work, the trust built through SEO for QBA Medi Tours had become a new layer that also generates visibility on AI platforms. The brand moved closer to a stronger digital authority that can be cited as a source not only in classic organic search results but also on AI-powered answer surfaces.
- An SEO foundation that grew organic sessions by 589.02% in 16 months created a strong base of trust for GEO.
- 102 distinct citations were observed in Google AI Overviews.
- Organic citation visibility appeared in the Copilot ecosystem.
- AI visibility grew in health tourism, a field with a strong YMYL character.
- QBA Medi Tours became a brand that is not only ranked but also cited as a source.
Why This Work Mattered
In health tourism, AI visibility is a harder threshold than classic SEO success. The challenge is not only bringing users to the site; it is getting AI systems to accept the brand as a reliable source. In YMYL fields, that threshold comes with much higher standards.
Our work for QBA Medi Tours clearly showed why a strong SEO foundation is essential for GEO. AI visibility is not a shortcut on its own; it is a second visibility layer that grows stronger with trust, accuracy, clear brand information and citation readiness. That is why this result is more than a technical novelty: it shows a health tourism brand adapting to the new way digital trust is distributed.
Conclusion
Our GEO work for QBA Medi Tours showed that digital authority in health tourism is no longer limited to search engine rankings. When the trust built through SEO is backed by the right content structure, proof and consistent brand information, a brand can also become visible in Google AI Overviews and similar answer engines.
